Thin coats give the smoothest result. Brush a thin layer over a cured base coat, let it settle for about five seconds, then cure it under a UV or LED lamp. Finish with a top coat for extra gloss and a glassy surface. Over a sheer pink or nude it gives a soft chrome glow, and over black it turns into a high-contrast mirror. When you feel like dressing it up, the same jar traces a silver French tip, a fine line or a small flower.

Mirror Silver is the full-chrome shade. White is a clean, opaque option for a crisp solid color or for contrast nail art. Both soak off with acetone like regular gel polish, so there is no long commitment, and it is an easy way to get salon-style metallic nails at home. A UV or LED nail lamp is required and is not included. Each order is one 5 ml jar.

Soaks off with acetone

• Cure every layer fully under a UV or LED lamp.
• Keep the lid closed tightly after each use.
• Store the jar out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
• Keep the gel off your skin. If you notice redness or irritation, stop using it.
• To remove, soak nails in acetone for 5 to 10 minutes, then gently slide the softened gel off with a wooden stick.

Step 1
Prep your nails as usual, apply a base gel and cure it.

Step 2
Paint a thin, even coat of the gel over the whole nail with a nail brush.

Step 3
Let it settle for about 5 seconds, then cure it under a UV or LED lamp.

Step 4
For more coverage, add a second thin coat and cure again.

Step 5
Finish with a top coat and cure for extra gloss.
