30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund of the item price. You don't need a special reason. If the product isn't right for you, let us know.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@blissparkhome.com or use our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as packages sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number.
Condition of returns
Items should be returned in the same condition you received them, with all parts included, and in their original packaging when possible. Items that have been damaged through misuse may not qualify for a full refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted from your refund for it.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different color or pack size is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If you paid with Shop Pay Installments, the refund is applied to your installment plan.
Order cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
