Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BlissPark. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Processing time
Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 20 business days of being placed, including processing, depending on the item. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive it. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by weather, carrier issues, or other events outside our control. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
Incorrect address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
