BlissPark™ Adjustable Under-Door Draft Stopper

A gap under a door is easy to ignore until winter. Cold air slides in along the floor, dust drifts through, and sound from the next room carries more than you would like. This adjustable under-door draft stopper closes that gap with a PVC body that slides over the bottom edge of the door and a soft brush strip that sits along the floor.

It is made for everyday doors. The U-shaped body fits doors from 3.5 to 5.5 cm (1.4 to 2.2 in) thick, which covers common interior and exterior doors, and it seals gaps from 0.3 to 1.5 cm (about 0.12 to 0.6 in). At 93 cm (36.6 in) long it spans a standard door, and it can be trimmed to length if your door is narrower. The sides flare into ribbed wings that give the body its shape.

Pick gray, brown, black or white to blend with your door, trim or floor. It suits bedrooms, offices, nurseries, hallways and entry doors. Because it slides onto the door, you can lift it off to clean the brush strip and slide it back on. It reduces drafts, dust and noise at the gap under the door. It will not make a room soundproof or fully airtight, but it closes one of the biggest openings.

Many draft strips are plain foam or rubber that sit on one side of the door. This one wraps the bottom edge in a U-shaped PVC body and adds a soft brush strip along the floor.
It comes in four colors to match your door, and the 93 cm length can be trimmed to fit.

• Wipe the PVC body with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap.
• Brush or lightly vacuum dust off the brush strip.
• Let it dry before sliding it back onto the door.
• Avoid harsh solvents and high heat.

Step 1
Measure your door width. The stopper is 93 cm (36.6 in) long and can be trimmed if your door is narrower.

Step 2
Check that your door is 3.5 to 5.5 cm thick and the gap under it is 0.3 to 1.5 cm.

Step 3
Slide the stopper onto the bottom edge of the door with the brush strip facing the floor.

Step 4
Open and close the door once to check the fit.
