Is it one panel or two?

One panel per order. Pick a size that covers the whole window, or order two panels for a double window.

Can I open it during the day?

It doesn't slide open like a rod curtain. Peel the panel back from the hook and loop tape when you want light, and press it on again at night. If you want to open and close every day, our Blackout Grommet Curtains are a better fit.

Will it leave marks on my wall or frame?

There are no drill holes. The tape has an adhesive back, so it can leave residue or lift paint on delicate surfaces. Stick it to a clean, dry, smooth surface and test a small hidden spot first if you rent.

Does it block all light?

The black coated back blocks daylight through the fabric. A little light can show at the edges, so choose a size slightly larger than the glass and press the tape firmly all the way around.

What size should I choose?

Sizes are width x length in inches. Measure the glass plus the frame you want to cover, then pick the next size up. 39 x 51 in and 51 x 39 in are different sizes: one is tall, one is wide.

Can I use it on a curved or textured surface?

It is made for flat windows and glass doors where the tape can stick to a clean, dry surface. It is not made for curved or heavily textured surfaces.
